Who are we

We are a company specializing in vacation rentals, offering comfort and convenience for your stay.

Our studios are fully equipped and designed to make you feel at home: we provide towels, linens, a stove, microwave, and dishes, making your meals during your trip much more convenient and economical.

We have a reception area to assist guests, as well as an on-site convenience store to make your daily life easier. We also offer a shared laundry room, ideal for those who need convenience during their stay.

Check-in is simple and can be done by yourself, with passwords that we will send on the day of your arrival, along with detailed instructions and a step-by-step video. Our team will also be available via messaging app whenever necessary.

In Blumenau, we are located in the Velha neighborhood (the same as Oktoberfest), on a quiet residential street. In addition, we offer free on-site parking for your convenience.
