Our Procedures and Standards

1. Professional and Trained Team Our housekeeping team is composed of experienced professionals who receive ongoing training on the best practices for hygiene and disinfection. We follow a detailed checklist to ensure that no item is overlooked.

2. Hospital-Grade Sanitization Products We exclusively use high-performance, ANVISA-approved cleaning products and disinfectants that are effective in eliminating viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens, while remaining safe for our guests.

3. Focus on High-Touch Points We pay extra attention to all high-touch surfaces. After the standard cleaning, we perform a complete disinfection of:

Doorknobs and locks (including the digital keypad)

Light switches

Remote controls (air conditioning and TV)

Faucets and cabinet handles

Surfaces of tables, countertops, and nightstands

The Cleaning Process for Your Studio

Each apartment undergoes a meticulous cleaning process between stays. Our team follows this procedure:

Step 1: Ventilation

Upon check-out, all apartment windows are opened to ensure air circulation and complete ventilation of the space.

Step 2: General Cleaning and Tidying

All waste is collected and removed.

All used bed and bath linens are removed and immediately sent to our laundry facility.

Step 3: Detailed Cleaning and Disinfection by Area

Kitchenette: Cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces, including the countertop, microwave, mini-fridge, and utensils.

Bathroom: Complete cleaning and disinfection of the toilet, sink, shower, mirror, and all surfaces. Special attention is given to grout and drains.

Bedroom/Living Area: Cleaning of all furniture, changing of all bed linens, and vacuuming of floors and rugs.

Step 4: Finalization and Inspection

The entire apartment floor is cleaned with a disinfectant solution.

A final inspection is carried out to ensure that all standards on our checklist have been met before the apartment is cleared for the next guest.

Laundry and Linens: High-Temperature Sterilization

All our bed and bath linens are processed in our in-house laundry facility with the utmost rigor. After being washed with specific sanitizing products, all items undergo an industrial drying process at 200 degrees Celsius (392°F). This extremely high temperature ensures not only drying but also the complete sterilization of the linens, eliminating viruses, bacteria, and dust mites. The sterilized linens are then stored in a protected area and handled with extreme care until they reach your studio, ensuring the highest standard of hygiene.
