About Villa Bilac

Villa Bilac Studios is a complex of accommodations designed to comfortably welcome all types of guests, from couples and families with children to business travelers, and pets are also welcome. The studios are very well equipped; the kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and other utensils to prepare your meals on-site in peace. Located on a residential street, near Vila Germânica and the center of Blumenau.

Our Location

Villa Bilac Studios is located in the Velha neighborhood, in a quiet residential area, about 4 km from the center of Blumenau and 2 km from Vila Germânica, where the city's main events take place, including Oktoberfest, concerts, business fairs, Easter and Christmas attractions. Near the studio you can find a bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, and banks within a short walk.

You can reach Blumenau/SC in several ways: bus, car, or plane.

The main access routes to the city, if you are coming by car or bus, are via BR-101, passing through SC-108 (Rodovia do Arroz) in Joinville, BR-470 (Rodovia Ingo Hering) in Navegantes, or SC-412 (Rodovia Jorge Lacerda) in Itajaí. The city's bus station is 6 km from our studios.

There is no airport in Blumenau. Therefore, it is necessary to disembark in nearby cities such as Navegantes, Joinville, or the state capital, Florianópolis, and continue the journey by transfer, rental car, or bus.

Joinville Airport (JOI): 130 km

Florianópolis International Airport - Hercílio Luz (FLN): 170 km

To get around the city, there is public transportation (the bus stop is at the entrance of the street), as well as ride-hailing services.

Villa Bilac Studios offers on-site parking (rotational), in front of the building, and also covered parking on a nearby lot.
