Reservations

To validate a reservation, our clients must send proof of payment and the following information:

Full Name

Date of Birth

ID Number or Passport Number

CPF (Brazilian Taxpayer ID)

Address/Neighborhood/City/Zip Code

Phone Number

Email Address

Check-in Time / Flight Number (if applicable)

Check-out Time

Names of other guests (if any);

Payment Methods

As we work with self check-in, we require advance payment.

Payment can be made by credit/debit card or cash directly at reception.

If, for any reason beyond our control, the rented property becomes unavailable, we offer our clients the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.

Check-in

Check-in time: 2 PM to 11 PM.

The client must inform us of their expected arrival time and provide a valid contact number. The absence of this information will prevent check-in. If you have any questions during this process, you can contact reception, which is available for in-person or online assistance.

If you arrive before our official check-in time of 2 PM, you can leave your luggage at reception during our operating hours. If the apartment is available and you wish to guarantee an earlier check-in, a change between 8 AM and 2 PM can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rental. This amount must be paid in advance.

For check-ins between 10 PM and 6 AM, the equivalent of the previous day's rent must be paid.

Check-out

Check-out time: until 11 AM.

Jurisdiction

The contracting parties elect the jurisdiction of the District of Blumenau - SC.
